Request account deletion

Paywise users can request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to delete your account

Open the Paywise app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Privacy Choices and tap Request account deletion, or
Email support@paywise.ph from your registered email with subject Account deletion request and include your registered mobile number.

What happens next

We verify your identity, then close the account. Transaction and ledger records that we must retain for legal, AML, or dispute reasons may be kept for the period required by applicable Philippine regulations; other personal data is deleted or anonymized.
