Paywise (“we”) operates a Philippine digital wallet app (package ph.paywise.app). This policy explains what personal data we collect to provide wallet services, e-KYC, payments, transfers, and customer support.

Data we collect

Account details (name, email, mobile number, account identifiers)
Identity / KYC data (government ID session results and consent records, where enabled)
Transaction history and device/security signals used for fraud prevention
Optional product analytics events (we do not log passwords, OTPs, or full payment credentials)

How we use data

We use this data to operate the wallet, support AML screening and KYC workflows, process cash-in/out and payments, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data. Processing is aligned with Philippine data-protection expectations (NPC) as licensing and partner go-live are staged.

Sharing

We may share data with regulated partners and service providers strictly as needed to deliver payments, KYC, hosting, and support — under contractual and security controls.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion via in-app Privacy controls or by emailing privacy@paywise.ph. To delete your account, use Account deletion or email support@paywise.ph.
